Scoping Document

As you  read the above “Scoping Document”, you are aware of the many meeting and how much negotiation there has been to attempt to satisfy the requirements of all entities that use Lake Murray and the lower Saluda River.   The last most important issue is how much water can be released from Lake Murray during drought conditions when the inflow is extremely low and at what point will water release be decreased or stopped.  The lake users’ position is stated in the LMA letter to FERC expressing our concern that some State entities and down river proponents want an excessive amount of water released. Please go to this web site and click the calendar tab http://www.saludahydrorelicense.com/
